Context
IBF needed a unified digital solution to centralize its educational programs. The goal was to turn a fragmented set of tools into a seamless experience for administrators, moderators, team leaders, and participants.
Challenge
The original experience was fragmented across multiple tools, visually inconsistent, and not mobile-friendly. Key users—especially Team Leaders—struggled with scattered information and unclear workflows, making it harder to track attendance, manage participant profiles, and handle essential documentation.
Solution
Initially, I handled bug fixes and smaller platform improvements, helping stabilize the system and improve day-to-day usability. Later, a collaborator joined the project and we began a broader modernization effort. With new tools and architectural changes, I contributed to a larger architecture and design overhaul. For example, I helped redesign the 'Team Leader' experience by shaping a streamlined, step-by-step dashboard that guides leaders through their tasks—from tracking participant progress to managing file submissions—resulting in a clearer and more intuitive workflow.
