Platform organization including content restructuring, image management, and IT support.
Context
IEPS needed to migrate their professional courses to the Cademí platform. The goal was to transform a raw set of materials into a professional, organized, and visually cohesive learning experience.
Challenge
The platform was visually inconsistent and the content was disorganized. I needed to restructure the course hierarchy, manage student migrations, and refine the visual identity—building new components while adapting existing ones to create a cohesive experience under tight deadlines.
Solution
I am leading the platform’s visual and structural organization. I redesigned course layouts and developed a cohesive imagery direction using AI tools (ChatGPT & Gemini) and Canva. In parallel, I’m managing the bulk student data migration and coordinating technical improvements with the platform provider (Cademí).
Impact
Visual coherence: established a consistent, professional look across course modules with custom imagery.
